Our Philosophy
1:1 Client-Centered Counseling
We use a client-centered counseling approach because you know your body, schedule and situation best. We listen to your intuitions and integrate those with what we find in our nutrition assessment, your lab work or genetics.
A Detailed Nutrition Assessment
Your nutrition needs depend upon your lifestyle, food quality, health history, and even genetics. We do an initial comprehensive nutrition assessment (micro and macronutrients) to determine baseline needs and potential deficiencies. We also offer advanced nutrition testing and genetic analysis to identify complex deficiencies.
A System Approach to Your Symptoms
The body works together as a system. Metabolism is the process your body uses to make energy from the food you eat. Biochemical abnormalities are important clues for identifying what part of the system isn’t working properly. Emily has her PhD in Biochemistry and leverages this expertise to find the root cause.
Test Don't Guess
We use state of the art testing to search for the root cause of your symptoms. Whole genome sequencing is particularly leveraged at Nutriplexity since Emily is a genetic nutritionist. She eliminates vast amounts of guesswork and testing expenses in complex cases using genetic data. Our genetic reports are some of the most comprehensive reports available.

WHAT OUR CLIENTS ARE SAYING
Dr. Emily Brown Reeves nutritionist/dietician, PhD, CNS, has helped me as no else has, I am finally on a road to healing. I want to shout from the rooftops! When you have been in pain for a long time… and I have been since 2018. I was subsequently diagnosed with fibromyalgia. Then a positive ANA with a speckled and homogeneous pattern, and chronic fatigue. I have a primary care physician, a rheumatologist, and a gastroenterologist. In the last year my tissue and bones ached everyday, and no matter how I slept I was exhausted. As many of us with chronic illness, I was doing research online. I read about a new kind of nutritionist who had a degree in biochemistry. How they sometimes could get to the root of the problem and help people heal. I googled to see if there were any in my area and up popped Emily. Emily did some tests and came back with her recommendations. She found some imbalances in my GI genetic mapping. The course of action she gave me has has changed my life. I am pain free for the first time in years. And the brain fog I have carried around with me is leaving. I cried after day 3, because I still didn’t hurt, and now am over a month in. (When you have been to doctors have been misdiagnosed and not diagnosed and hurting for years you don’t fully believe it’s going to last at first). This is real!

Emily has been a great asset in uncovering the hidden issues behind my complex health issues. Through careful listening and ordering the right tests, I was able to uncover a number of issues that were helped with supplements. I would definitely recommend Nutriplexity and Emily if you’re wanting to get to the root of complex health issues.
