SERVICES/NUTRITION COUNSELING

Client-centered Advanced Nutrition Counseling

Whether you have a recent diabetes diagnosis, a suspected autoimmune condition, or have suffered with chronic disease, we can help.

Intake and follow up appointments

To meet the diversity of our clients needs, we offer 30, 60, and 90 minute intake and follow up appointments. All first-time clients will meet Emily at an intake appointment. Read below to learn which intake appointment would best fit your needs. After the intake, all subsequent appointments are either considered a follow up or result appointment.

Result appointments

Result appointments are subsequent to testing. Check out the sections below to learn all about these different appointments.

After your intake appointment, you will get

a MANAGABLE personal intervention plan

Intake Appointments

During an intake appointment, Emily will walk you through a nutritional assessment, learn your health history, hear your current health issues, discuss testing, and help you set some goals. Intake appointments are followed by an email with an attached pdf of your personalized intervention plan.
