Emily is thrilled to introduce a new offering at Nutriplexity: a two-week Continuous Glucose Monitoring (CGM) Summit. The summit begins with a Zoom meeting where participants apply their glucose monitors and learn the basics of using the app, along with what to expect over the next two weeks. During this session, Emily will share key experiments to conduct, such as consuming a high-carb meal, processed food vs unprocessed, a dessert, alcohol, or a food that doesn’t agree with you. After two weeks of wearing the CGM device, participants will reconvene to share their findings.
